From the Imaginary to Rio Grandes: narratives and memories

The creative process of photographer Pablo Pinheiro, which led to RIO GRANDES, a project that received the Marc Ferrez Prize for Photography from Funarte in 2014. The artist includes the backstage of this construction, as an affective cartography that involves an experience between the global and the regional. A narrative constructed with reflections from the images of his research on the figure of the traditional cowboy in the two Brazilian states, his imaginary, reports and images from the family collection.
